We have acquired 16,000 square feet of Category A office space here and recently completed the first phase on the second floor, with the 3rd floor fit out completed in early 2022. We are very happy with the service provide by MFive, the project has been delivered on time, on budget and to a very high standard of design and finish.
MFive have subsequently been retained by GXO to manage the complete refurbishment of our UK head office in Northampton which is a 26,000 square feet standalone building. This is a complex project due to the business operation of over 200 employees already being in occupation.
MFive are experienced project managers and I appreciate the insights that they have brought to the table which have helped us avoid many potential pitfalls along the way.
